- this position will have frequent interaction with very senior members of the global operations including the corporate strategic project manager, the vp worldwide r&d, general npd manager and managing director asia pacific, etc.
- it is important that candidates for this position be comfortable interacting with e_ecutives as well as shop employees who are involved in the production operations.
- the new product development project manager also will serves as a member of the worldwide r&d organization – and will collaborate with other project, technical and functional leaders ensuring the effective utilization of resources and achievement of all project objectives.

requirements /qualifications
- bs degree in engineering, chemistry, or other related field of study.
- 10+ years business e_perience.
- superior organizational and project management skills with a minimum of 2 years in lead project management role(s).
- e_cellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with good english
- strong reasoning and logic skills.
- proven ability to motivate and drive results in positions without direct management control.
- previous e_perience with products or resilient / vinyl type product manufacturing would be a tremendous asset.
