工作內(nèi)容:
1、負(fù)責(zé)公司scm供應(yīng)鏈產(chǎn)品的客戶輔導(dǎo)工作,協(xié)助客戶順利使用公司的產(chǎn)品,保證順利上線。
2、協(xié)助客服部門解決客戶在使用過程中的異常,解答客戶疑慮。
3、編制相關(guān)的產(chǎn)品使用手冊(cè),對(duì)用戶進(jìn)行相關(guān)的培訓(xùn)工作。
4、協(xié)助產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理參與產(chǎn)品功能設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)劃,對(duì)產(chǎn)品方案提出建設(shè)性意見 。
5、協(xié)助測(cè)試部門參與產(chǎn)品測(cè)試 。
崗位要求:
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,計(jì)算機(jī)軟件相關(guān)專業(yè),從事實(shí)施顧問三年以上。
2、熟悉制造型企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理模式 ,對(duì)智能物流新領(lǐng)域有極強(qiáng)的探索欲及快速學(xué)習(xí)能力;思維清晰,具備良好的溝通表達(dá)能力和文檔撰寫能力。
3、熟悉制造業(yè)生產(chǎn)制造/物流倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)業(yè)務(wù),有至少兩年制造行業(yè)制造/物流倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)(或相關(guān))從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)制造管理、質(zhì)量管理、物流追蹤等有深刻理解。
4、能夠熟練使用e_cel或腦圖等工具進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)整理、分析,能夠?qū)qlserver或oracle進(jìn)行基本的數(shù)據(jù)操作。
