建築師/室內(nèi)設計師 interior designer 南京榮橡教育科技有限公司 南京榮橡教育科技有限公司，榮橡 job duties
1. undertake design project from concept to completion for the laureate academy;
2. define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”;
3. interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans;
4. set costs and project fees according to budget， research and decide on materials and products sourcing;
5. search for and bid on new projects;
6. conduct on-site observations and provide recommendations to help streamline ongoing design projects;
7. supervise work progress;
8. prepare and participate in client presentations.
崗位職責
1. 繪製榮鼎學校建築和室內(nèi)設計的總體佈局或概念方案;
2. 審核設計單位提供的各專業(yè)概念設計、方案、初步設計、施工圖檔，提供修訂意見、向公司管理層彙報、調(diào)整修訂設計、或/并組織設計單位完善設計成果;
3. 組織必要的圖紙會審、方案論證;
4. 審核材料樣板;
5. 組織招投標工作，審核招、投標工作的相關技術資料等;
6. 解決施工現(xiàn)場的技術問題;
7. 不定期對施工現(xiàn)場進行檢查，隨時監(jiān)控工程品質(zhì)，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時召集相關人員進行處理;
8. 組織交竣工驗收;
job requirements:
1. must have overseas study or work e_perience or foreign-capital enterprise work e_perience referred;
2. bachelor degree or above， major in architecture or interior design， working e_perience: more than 2 years;
3. have a good understanding of architectural design， interior design and other professional drawings;
4. familiar with using various software， such as sketchup， autocad， photoshop， etc.， with revit e_perience is preferred;
5. strong communication and coordination skills;
6. familiar with national and local laws， regulations and policies in mainland;
7. will often work in cities in mainland china.

第2篇 建筑室內(nèi)設計崗位職責
室內(nèi)建筑設計師 廣東博達投資有限公司 廣州市曠曌文化活動策劃有限公司,stag曠曌,曠曌 職責描述:
1.依據(jù)公司相關設計要求,負責各項目功能性方案設計及落位。
2.負責對初步方案、擴初設計、施工圖設計階段建筑/室內(nèi)設計專業(yè)與設計院交流及設計質(zhì)量監(jiān)控,參與設計圖紙會審,整理圖紙會審記錄,并提出整改意見。
3.配合各項目相關設計單位跟進與進度協(xié)調(diào)。
4.負責精裝修類工程現(xiàn)場勘察、測繪,督促設計單位按要求對圖紙進行修改和完善。
5.協(xié)助招標工作,參加招標工程圖紙答疑,草擬精裝修專業(yè)相關條款,審核專業(yè)報價是否符合相關規(guī)定及各項收費是否合理。
6.負責設計各階段建筑/室內(nèi)設計方案和材料選型的優(yōu)化工作;
7.與工程管理部門等相關部門進行建筑/室內(nèi)設計專業(yè)銜接,控制重大設計變更,參與重大設計變更中建筑/室內(nèi)設計專業(yè)工作配合。
8.熟悉公裝流程,材料,裝修施工工藝,有施工現(xiàn)場管理經(jīng)驗,配合工程部對工程變更、簽證取證及編制工作。
任職資格:
1、需具備建筑學、城市規(guī)劃與設計、室內(nèi)設計等相關專業(yè)背景,大學本科及以上學歷。
2、5年以上室內(nèi)設計及現(xiàn)場施工管理相關經(jīng)驗,熟悉質(zhì)量管理及成本控制。
3、具體優(yōu)秀的協(xié)調(diào)能力及團隊合同能力,責任心強;
4、熟悉cad,3dsma_,photoshop,office軟件。
5、有大型商場、辦公樓設計、外墻深化設計經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。

2. lead quality control and production of all id associated drawing and packages from idf and ldi
3. co-ordinate with pcm to manage idf and ldi issues
4. secure integrity of the commercial concept
6. check associated icc guidelines / manual compliance information is incorporated.
7. ensure signage design is aligned with signage manual
8. support design manager with all cad/renderings as required
9. leasing support: provide drawings and sketches for the leasing team
10. special assignments given by design manager.
11. sketches, drawings on concept developments as required
12. support to project team such as drawing management, file structure and administration, upload drawings etc.
13. support in contact with e_ternal parties as required.
14. daily support to the design manager
university degree in architecture or interior design.
- 5 years e_perience in the field of architecture or interior design.
