第1篇 產(chǎn)品報(bào)價(jià)崗位職責(zé)

senior cost manager-產(chǎn)品報(bào)價(jià) responsibilities:

? cooperate with individual business team to develop qualified cost target structure along with program milestone, including vehicle cost target to parts target, walk analysis and different assumptions regarding variable technical specification

? establish and lead team maintain the cost estimation model both parts cost and investment, provide qualified analysis report on time per request

? establish and lead team maintain the cost target process and system, lead team to provide qualified and on time variable reports

? control the delivers check list of each gate to support gate report and ensure the accuracy of gate status

? as business partner of program management team & engineering system to provide analysis reports

? coordinate internal and e_ternal resource to drive achieve the program cost & investment target by improving process, standardizing template, defining more clearly definition etc.

? in charge of parts& investment contract review to align with nomination and program status requirement, identify the risk and coordinate with purchase & program to ensure the most interest of company

? other task assigned by finance director

requirements:

? above 10 years cost e_periences on automobile industry and at least 5 years cost management role in oem

? good documentation skill

? strong active problem solving and communication skill with all level of organization

? qualified result delivery driver and on schedule, recognize the deliver is the only key kpi

? good at on e_perience share and coach team, including team work internally and e_ternally, not be single general hero

capability:

fluently english on both writing and speaking

good documentation skill on office software

business or finance education background, bachelor or above
