培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)歷 design internal business-specific training courses, be able to independently craft lecture materials, conceptualize the learning materials/information and deliver the content as trainer or facilitator
- be internal consultant to support business analysis and project management and e_ecution
- formulate developmental strategies for developing staff’s overall skills and establish different training schemes for all levels of employees according to the developmental needs of the company’s business operation;
- be co-ordinator in the internal od projects in terms of reviewing process efficiency and effectiveness, also recommending options for consulting deliverables.
- lead in the search for and selection of relevant solution providers and suppliers
- be responsible for collecting and selecting various training materials, and set up a company training database.
- conduct analysis of the training needs of all the departments, formulating the annual training plans and compiling the yearly training budget;
- provide solutions of elevating the performances and e_pertise for all the business departments and seek appropriate training programs in order to solve the problems facing the business departments;
- set up diverse learning channels for the staff and enriching their learning resources;
- consistently e_plore the internal resources of the company, developing internal trainer team and supplying necessary guides for all departments’ training work;
- establish the company’s coaching culture and improving the management team’s coach capabilities;
- conducting on job learning programs for the employees irregularly and creating necessary conditions of on job learning for all the staffs;
- coordinate with tcmb training share service team and introducing additional learning resources for the company;
- handle the training logistics and manage the budget and reporting
- conducting training logistic work for all training programs, such as vendor application, training application, training announcement, venue arrangement, hotel accommodation, payment tracking and training reimbursement confirmation;
- complete the monthly, quarterly and annual training report, communicating with all the departments concerning training information and keeping the training documents;
- complete other tasks assigned by the line manager
