to formulate and implement marketing, business development and investment strategies and action plans for group services and asset companies;

to plan, monitor and manage the budget e_ercises for marketing, business development and investments;

to lead, oversee and manage the marketing, lease management, business development and investment activities to achieve the targets set;

to conduct survey and market study on the investment environment as and when necessary

to understand and analyze competitor’s strengths and weaknesses in various aspects;
