財務(wù)分析 responsibilities:
- monthly closing and fp&a:
? keep tracking financial performance of business team and alert with unusual variance;
? conduct actual vs. budget/forecast comparison/analysis and alert business leader with gap/variance, work closely with business team to conduct deep-dive business performance
? support bd projects and other ad-hoc projects assigned to provide financial advisory for management decision
? conduct analysis on different products or new projects
? liaise with the accounting at month end closing
- reporting and consolidation:
? be responsible for timely submission of quality monthly/quarterly reports to headquarters
? prepare quarterly consolidation report and ta_ report, make figures in accounting system in line with that in hfm/reporting system
? ensure compliance with corporate financial reporting policies
? support preparation of financial reports for management meeting and board meeting needs

? lead and streamline quarterly forecast and annual budget/ffwd three years’ plan process including data collection from all business bu and functional bu, and prepare budget package.

? bachelors degree in accounting/financial related fields.
? at least 5 years’ solid work e_perience in financial plan and analysis, big four e_perience is a plus
? understanding of prc accounting principles and ifrs, cpa is a plus
? proven e_perience and strong understanding of erp systems, e_perience in hyperion is a plus
? willingness to learn new software applications
? willingness to take bigger responsibility and work under pressure
? good communication skills with different stakeholders and bu managers
? master in e_cel and ppt skills
? good oral and written english

崗位職責:
1.根據(jù)維護規(guī)程和業(yè)務(wù)流程,完成動力現(xiàn)場各類設(shè)備及空調(diào)設(shè)備的日常清潔,動力線路布放及設(shè)備上電等日常維護工作;
2.按照要求完成動力線路布放及設(shè)備上電等工作;
