1、本科及以上學(xué)歷;

2、熟悉產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程,有安防相關(guān)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)經(jīng)驗;

3、3年以上產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗,有一定開發(fā)基礎(chǔ);

4、良好的溝通/協(xié)調(diào)能力、風(fēng)險評估能力、問題解決/推動能力。

5、具備跨研發(fā)、技術(shù)、方案、市場端經(jīng)驗,較強的系統(tǒng)性思維

6、具備較強的業(yè)務(wù)、交互設(shè)計能力,能夠根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)構(gòu)建、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品體系 崗位職責(zé):

產(chǎn)品研發(fā)部項目經(jīng)理 provides monthly project updates (program status report – green/yellow/red) of current situation relating to contractual milestones and problem/high risk areas (e.g., technical, cost, and schedule).

provides input and direction to the program team(s) in areas of customer concerns, potential changes in scope and risk assessment.

directs overall performance on the program(s), assuring that the “triple constraint” of cost/scope/schedule is met and resources necessary to achieve this constraint are appropriately identified and communicated.

manage organization and leadership of team(s) in a matri_ environment.

monitors overall performance during all phases of the program(s) and develops and implements corrective action and recovery plans as required.

manage the customer relationship, maintaining customer satisfaction, yet assuring that scope is managed appropriately and contract changes are secured where appropriate.

leads team(s) in identifying, quantifying and mitigating risk.

responsible for overall life-of-the program(s) successful financial performance. maintain and report key metrics for senior management including development program milestone otd and prolaunch status.

responsible for the overall e_ecution of comple_ component and/or system programs in accordance with the eaton aerospace prolaunch process.

works with the group sales & marketing team to propose and capture new business opportunities for the product family.
