崗位職責(zé)描述

倉(cāng)庫(kù)主管的工作涵蓋了從接收貨物到發(fā)貨的全過(guò)程,包括但不限于:

1. 確保倉(cāng)庫(kù)的安全與整潔,執(zhí)行定期盤(pán)點(diǎn),確保庫(kù)存數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤。

2. 安排并監(jiān)督倉(cāng)庫(kù)員工的日常工作,如貨物的入庫(kù)、出庫(kù)、存儲(chǔ)和揀選。

3. 制定和優(yōu)化倉(cāng)庫(kù)作業(yè)流程,提升工作效率,減少錯(cuò)誤和浪費(fèi)。

4. 協(xié)調(diào)供應(yīng)鏈上下游,確保貨物按時(shí)交付,處理延遲或異常情況。

5. 監(jiān)控庫(kù)存水平,預(yù)測(cè)需求,防止過(guò)度庫(kù)存或缺貨現(xiàn)象。

6. 定期報(bào)告?zhèn)}庫(kù)運(yùn)營(yíng)狀況,分析數(shù)據(jù),提出改進(jìn)措施。

1.負(fù)責(zé)倉(cāng)庫(kù)日常事務(wù)的管理,倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理制度的落實(shí)。

3.物料儲(chǔ)存區(qū)域的規(guī)劃,實(shí)行“定點(diǎn)、定量、定位”管理及標(biāo)識(shí)工作。

4.物料保管,做好防火、防盜、防水、防壓、防變質(zhì)等工作。

5.數(shù)量管理,保持賬、物、卡一致。

7.及時(shí)把物料信息反饋相關(guān)部門(mén)。
