崗位職責(zé):
1、主導(dǎo)/參與正在建設(shè)的it項目,進行監(jiān)控推進,參與關(guān)鍵節(jié)點評審,識別風(fēng)險,推進業(yè)務(wù)參與度,確保項目成功;
2、負責(zé)對it項目立項中的效益分析進行跟蹤,項目完成后,對業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)進行分析并針對差距進行改進追蹤,推動業(yè)務(wù)價值最大化;
3、收集各業(yè)務(wù)部門重大/復(fù)雜及長期不處理的it項目問題,提報it需求對接人,推動與跟進該問題快速及時處理;

任職資格:
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,計算機或相關(guān)專業(yè);
2、5年以上工作經(jīng)驗,有制造業(yè)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先;
3、了解c#等相關(guān)開發(fā)語言,了解數(shù)據(jù)庫相關(guān)技術(shù)、了解基礎(chǔ)的軟/硬件系統(tǒng)運維工作;

1.business engagement partnership
prepare and present it digital strategy to support the bu annual business plan according to the bp and adjusted with the channel updates of the country.
prepare and present it strategy to support omnichannel crm/cms solutions
2.project management
lead the company digital project. work together with the global and local partners to create a project calendar and follow up on the planning, setup of the infrastructure, logistics process and distributors
lead the china launch it projects. make the launch plan and calendar together with local partners and coordinate the it department to provide local partners technique support, ensure the alignment of local partners in terms of system integration, team setup and staff training.
work with bu and it department global and local to address and deliver other projects/initiatives in china, including omni channel crm and bi, cms,project etc.
