系統(tǒng)分析員/系統(tǒng)分析師崗位要求
1.通信、電子工程、自動化、計(jì)算機(jī)及其相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷；
2.具有一定的相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉工作流程和有關(guān)法律法規(guī)；
3.熟練掌握一定的編程、系統(tǒng)工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)技術(shù)，有一定的專業(yè)知識儲備；

與我國信息化建設(shè)的強(qiáng)烈需求相比，我國的系統(tǒng)分析員很少，而且信息化建設(shè)的形式發(fā)展要求系統(tǒng)分析員要不斷的學(xué)習(xí)，不斷的實(shí)踐，不斷的更新知識，不斷的優(yōu)化自己的知識結(jié)構(gòu)，這一切都使得系統(tǒng)分析員成為稀有人才。

系統(tǒng)分析員（system analyst）是 對大型、復(fù)雜的信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)任務(wù)中，承擔(dān)分析、設(shè)計(jì)和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)實(shí)施的領(lǐng)軍人物。 要做好與客戶之間的關(guān)系，同時對客戶的需求要正確的理解，要選擇合適的開發(fā)技術(shù)，同時做好與客戶間溝通交流，學(xué)會說服對方。
系統(tǒng)分析員職位要求
1.必須理解和明確系統(tǒng)建議、建設(shè)單位的經(jīng)營管理目標(biāo)及戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展方向。
2.要能與組織管理高層一起涉及確定信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的長期目標(biāo)，并進(jìn)行必要的分解。
