職責描述:
1.精準把握企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理現(xiàn)狀，至少包含:產(chǎn)品分析，客戶定位，服務流程，渠道通路，核心優(yōu)勢，重要合作伙伴，關鍵業(yè)務，財務狀況這幾個方面，并且做出總結(jié)性語言，快速解讀一家公司。
2.分析行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢和目前公司未來所采取的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展方向。
3.結(jié)合前期調(diào)研，通過深入了解經(jīng)營者的經(jīng)營思路，鋪助企業(yè)主思考，從而明確公司未來1-3年的發(fā)展規(guī)劃與目標，明確具體的業(yè)務模式、產(chǎn)品定位、發(fā)展路徑與核心能力提升方向，制定業(yè)務戰(zhàn)略和職能戰(zhàn)略，包括管控模式在內(nèi)的戰(zhàn)略支持體系。
4.了解該公司的文化體系，梳理溫和企業(yè)的文化和價值主張，從而更好驅(qū)動公司發(fā)展，員工成長。
5.編制企業(yè)的經(jīng)營管理手冊，商業(yè)計劃書等交付客戶。
6.為公司提供該企業(yè)的投資風險報告，配合公司投資部門的投資業(yè)務，參與投資決策。
任職要求:
統(tǒng)招大學本科以上學歷，有扎實的行業(yè)研究能力，具有經(jīng)濟、財務、金融、企業(yè)管理等相關的專業(yè)知識:
8年以上工作經(jīng)驗，3年以上企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理，戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃經(jīng)驗，有中層管理經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先;有戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃落地經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先;
具有優(yōu)秀的系統(tǒng)思考能力，戰(zhàn)略思維，敏銳的商業(yè)洞察力，良好的文案撰寫能力，以及團隊協(xié)調(diào)能力。
第2篇 房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略咨詢顧問（武漢）崗位職責要求
職位描述：
1.協(xié)助項目總監(jiān)/項目經(jīng)理參與企業(yè)咨詢顧問項目的調(diào)研及報告撰寫；
2.協(xié)助完成各類基礎數(shù)據(jù)、信息咨詢的收集及二次整理；
3.能夠獨立完成所分配模塊內(nèi)容的研究和報告撰寫工作；
4.負責項目執(zhí)行過程中的各類工作以及報告的撰寫，確保工作的按時按量完成。
崗位要求：
1、本科以上學歷，經(jīng)管專業(yè)優(yōu)先；
2、 邏輯性強，對數(shù)字敏感，有文字表達基礎

responsibilities
