協(xié)調(diào)助理崗位職責

職責描述:

1.按照公司制度要求,協(xié)助上級完成商鋪交付事宜;

2.負責協(xié)調(diào)租戶裝修相關(guān)協(xié)調(diào)工作;

3. 按公司要求,對商戶員工現(xiàn)場管理規(guī)范培訓,同時對租戶進行監(jiān)管、指導和考核等工作;

4. 處理租戶各類申請、來電投訴、咨詢及報修。

任職資格:

1、大專以上學歷,具有五年以上商業(yè)地產(chǎn)項目或高檔百貨租戶協(xié)調(diào)及管理經(jīng)驗;

2、溝通能力較強,具有良好的團隊精神及責任心;

3、具有基本的文件管理經(jīng)驗,能熟練使用各種辦公軟件(word、e_cel、ppt)。

? responsible for budget : travels/translations/invitations

? collect within department, each uec resource request

? recheck with each project lead with realistic needs

? monthly deployment with finance

? support the headcount and project management for department

? collect within department, each department hc request

? define with department director hiring plan and be_ number with respect to global matrice

? ensure be_ cost on line with drds strategy

? support the e_cellent system (pes) deployment in department.

? lean:

- participate in department progress plan definition and check.

- take into account uec and lean evaluation and assessment

- realize uec audit.

? 5s: ensure 5s deployment in department

職位描述:

崗位職責:

1. 監(jiān)督項目流程執(zhí)行進度情況,定期總結(jié)項目數(shù)據(jù)、進度匯總并及時向負責人反饋匯報;

2. 負責項目成本預算及執(zhí)行過程的控制管理,定期進行數(shù)據(jù)分析匯報

3. 協(xié)助項目經(jīng)理立項、整理各種數(shù)據(jù)文檔以及表格,編制與審核合同

4. 負責項目下的其它內(nèi)勤工作;

職位要求:

1. 全日制本科或以上學歷,信息技術(shù)相關(guān)專業(yè)(如計算機信息、網(wǎng)絡工程、軟件工程等);

2. 一年以上工作經(jīng)歷,熟悉軟件開發(fā)、網(wǎng)絡工程、機房、弱電、視頻監(jiān)控等知識者優(yōu)先;

3. 具有較好的文檔編制能力;

4. 較強的表達能力及與客戶溝通能力,良好的分析問題和解決問題能力,良好的學習和創(chuàng)新能力;

5. 責任心強,具有敬業(yè)、團隊合作精神;

崗位職責:

1.負責市場總監(jiān)所屬客戶的合同執(zhí)行及跟進工作。

2.制作客戶檔案,整理客戶信息,并加以分析。

3.匯總工作計劃,并以此督促銷售人員的執(zhí)行與進度。

4.具有較高的文檔編寫能力,協(xié)助團隊制作合同、對外宣傳資料、標書等。

5.對已接項目的執(zhí)行情況進行了解掌握,執(zhí)行滿意度調(diào)查監(jiān)督、客戶投訴的處理監(jiān)督等。

6.處理和協(xié)調(diào)團隊的日常事務。

7.辦公室日常事務的管理和監(jiān)督。
