job purpose
find the right e_perts with the most relevant background and e_perience to meet our clients’ needs and help them gain critical insights on macro issues or niche subjects, into industries and key markets to ensure the success of their business or investments
duties and responsibilities
assist project manager to find right e_perts with the most relevant background and e_perience to meet our clients’ needs by utilizing e_isting resources and developing more effective channels
successfully deliver projects by deep understanding project requirements, interviewing e_perts, matching e_perts and arrange the consultation per clients’ instruction
participate in online and offline industry conferences and e_hibitions to gain wide range of industry knowledge
constantly improve e_isting working processes and the service provided to clients
assist in industry hot research
maintain and enrich internal database and system
qualifications
bachelor degree or above
e_perience in financial services, consulting, headhunting and journalism would be a plus
high caliber fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
fluent english speaking and writing, at least cet 6
e_cellent communication and interpersonal skill
open-minded, accountable, proactive, quick leaner, ambitious and hard-working
good at microsoft office skill, including word, e_cel, ppt, etc.

通過深入理解項目需求、訪談和匹配專家,為客戶安排與專家的咨詢會議;
參加線上線下的行業(yè)會議和行業(yè)展覽,擴大和加深行業(yè)知識;
不斷完善現(xiàn)有工作流程,提高服務(wù)客戶的質(zhì)量;
協(xié)助進行相應(yīng)行業(yè)熱點研究;
對于內(nèi)部數(shù)據(jù)庫和系統(tǒng)進行完善和整理。
崗位要求:
本科或以上學(xué)歷;
有金融,咨詢行業(yè),獵頭或新聞記者工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮,也歡迎優(yōu)秀的應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生;
流利的英語聽說讀寫能力,至少cet6;
優(yōu)秀的溝通能力和人際交往能力;
外向,有強烈責(zé)任感,工作積極主動,勤勞有理想,擁有快速學(xué)習(xí)能力;
