職位要求:
工業(yè)工程專業(yè)大專及以上學(xué)歷,3年以上從事精益管理相關(guān)工作;
接受過精益生產(chǎn)或6 sigma方面系統(tǒng)培訓(xùn),熟練運(yùn)用6s、tpm、kaizen、oee等精益管理方法和評價指標(biāo)及豐富的實操經(jīng)驗
3.較強(qiáng)的問題分析、學(xué)習(xí)和解決能力,良好的人際溝通能力和優(yōu)秀的團(tuán)隊精神。

精益主管崗位職責(zé)
職責(zé)描述:
vps engineer / supervisor is in charge of monitoring the internal production standards and leading the kaizen activities of the internal flows of his / her apu.
o describe the principal mission of the position
o vps competences
develop the vps competences of the apu through trainings & coaching.
o vps strategies
help to define the vps strategy of the apu in accordance with plant priorities.
o vps genba activities
help production manager to manage continuous improvement and to continuously detect abnormalities vs vps standards and react.
support workshop pilots, lead workshops and implement improvement proposals.
o vps results
help the apu to constantly improve its qcdm results through rigorous application of the vps tools.
deploy vps standards & best practices within the apu
o vps competences
develop his own competences and skills in tools and methodologies useful for the apu.
train apu members to vps tools, standards & methodologies & ensure that vps standards are known and applied properly.
o vps strategies
ensure that vps rules are taken into account in new projects at appropriate phase.
help the production manager to keep a continuous improvement mindset, behaviour & policy whatever the operational situation.
organize annual vsa going through the apu and propose the yearly workshops list.
help to define the vps strategy of the apu and prepare the apu budget concerning vps targets & budget.
manage apu self-assessment with apu members and improvement action plan.
deploy vps standards & best practices within the apu.

coach apu members on application of vps tools and methodologies through ojt.
permanently help apu manager to detect and react to non-conformances against vps standards.
manage the maintenance of vps tools through appropriate audits (like kanban audits) : audit organization, performance & follow up.
prepare & organize the weekly apu vps committee (incl. agenda proposal) lead by the apu manager and write the minute.
check regularly in-depth the proper deployment of vps a_is in the apu.
support apu vps workshop pilots on methodology and results achievement.
lead himself permanently workshops and implement improvement proposals.
