1、負責貫徹落實公司的營銷策略 、政策和計劃;
2、負責市場調研和需求分析;
3、負責年度銷售的預測,目標的制定及分解;
4、確定銷售部門目標體系和銷售配額;
5、負責對行業(yè)市場的目標客戶進行攻關,并協(xié)助經(jīng)銷商進行市場開拓;

the job holder need to use his or her personnel e_periences, strategic and analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with both local and global team members to define and drive the business growth strategies by focusing on served available market study, business model identification, sales pipeline development and product development strategy.

main duties & responsibilities:
? formulate the overall business growth plan and sales activities, and develop distributor resources to ensure the achievement of sales revenue and market share objectives.
? lead the market study activities to identify target market, competition and buying decision process.
? develop market entry strategy including product development, distribution channel strategy, pricing strategy and all necessary resources plan by working together with local and global team.
? develop sales pipelines and drives the e_ecution of the account strategy to support annual sales objective and long term growth strategy.
? maintain and build up strong business relationship with key levels and decision makers in strategic end -user accounts and generate future business growth opportunities.
? build and ensure the appropriate distribution network coverage according to the company's strategy.
? organize product/segment promotions and customer activities across regions together with distributors.
? develop tailor-made distributor performance management programs to improve the efficiency and competitiveness, and provide feedback for future improvement.
? participate in trade associations and technical conferences related to target market opportunities.
qualifications / e_perience:
? bachelor degree in sales, marketing, business or engineering preferred
? 8+ years chemical business develop e_perience or 5+ years sales leadership e_perience with technical and engineering background.
? strong e_perience in business planning, capturing new opportunities and key account penetration .
? strong e_perience in developing and managing the national distributor partners.
? strategic, creative thinking and value proposition development
? highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationship with customers and internal cross functions.
? fle_ible and broadminded with a “can-do” attitude, possessing a disciplined approach to business development.
? results orientated with the ability to balance customer needs and company targets.
? e_cellent english in both writing and speaking.
? good pc user, particularly powerpoint and e_cel.
