1、參與產(chǎn)品預(yù)銷售工作;

5、進行系統(tǒng)配置和客戶化設(shè)計;

6、編寫培訓(xùn)課件,開展用戶培訓(xùn);

7、客戶服務(wù)與支持,促進客戶成功;

【任職要求】

1、大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷;兩年及以上工作經(jīng)驗,其中一年及以上it咨詢工作經(jīng)驗;

2、財務(wù)會計、工商管理、經(jīng)濟、信息管理類相關(guān)專業(yè);

3、優(yōu)秀的邏輯思維能力和溝通表達能力;

4、良好的團隊協(xié)作意識;

5、對it咨詢工作富有興趣,能承擔(dān)挑戰(zhàn)和壓力,適應(yīng)不定期出差;

6、有商旅和費用報銷管理相關(guān)經(jīng)驗或項目管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先;

7、有saas企業(yè)服務(wù)產(chǎn)品相關(guān)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先;

第2篇 咨詢經(jīng)理(售前工程師)崗位職責(zé)要求

職位描述:

崗位職責(zé):

1、負責(zé)為重點行業(yè)、重點領(lǐng)域的客戶提供it規(guī)劃咨詢服務(wù),包括it領(lǐng)域動態(tài)研究、解決方案設(shè)計、it規(guī)劃,協(xié)助實施服務(wù)部門完成項目實施、項目交付;

2、負責(zé)建立并完善it規(guī)劃戰(zhàn)略咨詢業(yè)務(wù)的方法論、工具及知識體系,完善it服務(wù)或軟件產(chǎn)品(解決方案)的咨詢和規(guī)劃;

3、負責(zé)項目需求的獲取、分析,引導(dǎo)客戶需求,產(chǎn)出會議紀(jì)要、用戶與業(yè)務(wù)需求說明書、需求規(guī)格說明書、ui原型等工作成果,并通過評審;

4、進行需求講解,幫助研發(fā)與測試團隊準(zhǔn)確的理解需求;

職位要求:

1.熟悉招投標(biāo)事宜,能夠主導(dǎo)技術(shù)方案的編寫和講解;

2.有系統(tǒng)論的it服務(wù)或軟件產(chǎn)品思路;

3.掌握計算機軟硬件、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)知識;

this vacancy is for a highly talented individual to join oracle’s japac technology sales consulting centres, delivering pre-sales services to customers via video, telephone and interactive digital tools.

the main responsibility of the cloud platform sales consultant is to secure oracle solution selection through a preeminent engagement with our customers. they will assist sales representatives, sales consultants and partners to drive the sales of oracle iaas and paas offerings across south korea.you will get to work with our customers to address their business requirements by deploying best in class oracle cloud solutions.

?maintain up-to-date knowledge and e_pertise in oracle solutions delivering focused oracle sales consulting e_pertise to help our customers understand the value of oracle’s solutions

?develop customer-specific value propositions highlighting benefits and differentiators of oracle

?create and deliver customer presentations that articulate oracle’s solutions and their value associated to customer’s requirements

?build and deliver compelling customer demonstrations to contribute to sales success

?represent oracle at online marketing events relevant to the industry

?own the functional and technical responses to tenders with help of the broader sales consulting team

?collaborate on customer opportunities with oracle sales, pre-sales and product management communities.

candidate profile:

the successful candidate should have:

?fluent korean speaking capability and workable english level

?a solid understanding of:

-cloud marketplace and the oracle cloud offerings portfolio, as well as specifics of selling and consumption of cloud services

-volume sales background and e_perience driving programmatic customer engagements through 1:many formats

-strong ability to bridge business side with technical side, articulating business value and benefits of different technology solutions in terms of tco & roi – credibility at all levels – e_ternally and internally, including lines of business and c_os

-knowledge around areas such as software defined datacenters & networks, native cloud & mobile applications development, migration of oracle & non-oracle workloads, vmw & kvm, application & data integration, big data analytics, cloud security etc.

-oracle’s product and solution offerings and business strategy

-talent management and professional development

?customer engagement skills:

-work e_perience in a similar role is an advantage

-e_cellent communication skills, able to articulate messages very clearly. you are a storyteller

-customer focus: you won’t be satisfied until the job is done to the right quality for our customers

職責(zé)描述:

崗位要求:

1、大專以上學(xué)歷,計算機、信息工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè);

2、有1年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗,有集成項目實施及排錯經(jīng)驗,對信息系統(tǒng)集成產(chǎn)品熟悉,運維能力強(需在簡歷里詳細描述);

3、能適應(yīng)省內(nèi)出差;

4、具備良好的溝通表達以及邏輯思維能力,并能承擔(dān)一定的工作壓力;

5、具備方案書寫能力。
