the pac group is seeking a senior supplier quality engineer, with 8-15 years’ e_perience to join its shanghai operations team.
requirements:
training and follow-up on apqp- documents (control plan, fmea, process flow); supplier assessments to improve the deficiencies found during the audit or helped supplier prepare for an oem’s audit or a ts16949 audit; managing and follow-up on new product launch – apqp activities; leading and support of gap closure activities to help supplier close the open issues to meet quality system requirement of customer; managing and monitoring supplier quality performance of production to ensure through-out and delivered quantity & date appropriately.
potential candidates will demonstrate a high level ability and capability to:
? provide training to supplier companies on development and reporting of apqp documentation (control plans, fmeas, process flow, etc.), and subsequently to monitor & follow-up on the quality of such documentation at a supplier location.
? perform supplier assessments to set the basis for improvement of deficiencies identified during a supplier audit, and/or to help a supplier prepare for an oem’s quality audit or a ts16949 audit.
? manage and follow-up on new product launch – apqp activities.
? develop supplier gap closure improvement plan; with emphasis on using project management approach to prioritizing corrective actions.
? guide and support a supplier's gap closure activities, with a focus to help the supplier to effectively track, address and close open issues required to meet quality system targets from their customer.
? manage and monitor supplier quality performance for production to ensure through-put, and that production targets have been met in the desired quantity at the required time.
requirements:
? automotive commodity e_pertise in stamped parts, machining of cast or forged parts, or plastic injection / assembly parts for body white, chassis, structure, interior and e_terior etc.
? thorough knowledge of the apqp process and all associated documentation.
? aptitude and/or e_perience in training engineers effectively.
? previous e_perience in auditing supplier's outgoing product quality.
? good problem-solving skills with thorough understanding of 8d reports, 5 why methodology, spc etc.
? solid understanding of iso 9000, qs9000, and ts16949 site audit requirements.
? proficiency in transferring knowledge to supplier teams for sustainable continuous improvement.
? ability and willingness to travel.
? good analysis skills.
? demonstrated integrity, enthusiasm and team-spirit.

汽車(chē)質(zhì)量管理職位要求
有三年以上質(zhì)量管理工程師經(jīng)驗(yàn)的人才較受青睞。由于汽車(chē)行業(yè)的質(zhì)量管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)非常嚴(yán)密,因此不少企業(yè)都要求求職者熟悉汽車(chē)行業(yè)管理體系,例如:iso9001:2000、tsi16949:2002、iso14001等質(zhì)量管理體系,可以熟練使用質(zhì)量管理工具,例如apqp、fmea、ppap、msa和spc等。如果要進(jìn)規(guī)模大、更完善發(fā)展的國(guó)際性大公司,因此要直接實(shí)用英語(yǔ)向外籍同事匯報(bào)工作,良好的英文聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力必不可少。而若在英語(yǔ)外還能掌握第二外語(yǔ),例如德語(yǔ)、法語(yǔ)、日語(yǔ)。

1.技術(shù)人員職位,在上級(jí)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和監(jiān)督下定期完成量化的工作要求,并能獨(dú)立處理和解決所負(fù)責(zé)的任務(wù);
2.依據(jù)產(chǎn)品研發(fā)進(jìn)度完成質(zhì)量開(kāi)發(fā)任務(wù),并實(shí)施連續(xù)性檢查、測(cè)試和分析制度,確保符合質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn);
3.對(duì)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中各工序的質(zhì)量檢查;
