工作內(nèi)容
每一個page的顧問都會直接負責(zé)客戶及候選人的維護及溝通工作,你將有機會接觸最一線的企業(yè),最優(yōu)秀的人才,從開發(fā)客戶到人才搜尋全鏈條的崗位職責(zé)描述崗位要求工作,主要崗位職責(zé)如下:
-維護現(xiàn)有客戶,發(fā)掘客戶需求,有針對性的為客戶匹配合適的崗位職責(zé)描述崗位要求策略及方法;

the role of a recruitment consultant at michael page is broadly to:
_ identify, develop and manage client business/relationships in a competitive environment. this can be with businesses of all sizes from global multinationals down to rapidly growing sme's.
_ assess and respond to the needs of each particular client or assignment and advise on suitable methods to ensure timely delivery.
_ significant networking to attract new candidates.

profile
