1、參與審核項(xiàng)目機(jī)電系統(tǒng)方案設(shè)計(jì)、初步設(shè)計(jì)及施工圖設(shè)計(jì)資料、圖紙，出具專業(yè)意見;
?依據(jù)k11 brandbook審核nwdpm提供的各階段機(jī)電設(shè)計(jì)圖紙，確保設(shè)計(jì)在技術(shù)方面滿足k11 brandbook要求;
?依據(jù)各項(xiàng)目機(jī)電交付界面，審核nwdpm提供的各階段機(jī)電設(shè)計(jì)圖紙，確保設(shè)計(jì)交付界面滿足k11運(yùn)營要求;
?針對(duì)nwdpm提供的各階段設(shè)計(jì)圖紙，出具可以降低成本及優(yōu)化方案的建議。
2、承擔(dān)項(xiàng)目機(jī)電專業(yè)與使用部門、租戶、項(xiàng)目管理公司日常技術(shù)溝通、協(xié)調(diào)工作;
?向招商部、市場部、物業(yè)等部門有針對(duì)性的介紹項(xiàng)目各機(jī)電系統(tǒng)的詳細(xì)情況;
?收集匯總各部門針對(duì)項(xiàng)目機(jī)電系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用需求的意見、判斷其可行性并將需求用專業(yè)術(shù)語表達(dá)出來;
?將各部門需求反饋給nwdpm，并與其協(xié)助顧問公司探討實(shí)施方案;
?協(xié)助招商部向租戶介紹商鋪機(jī)電各專業(yè)預(yù)留情況，現(xiàn)場實(shí)施情況及可拆改情況。
3、承擔(dān)項(xiàng)目機(jī)電專業(yè)技術(shù)論證及圖紙會(huì)審和專業(yè)交底工作;
?調(diào)研機(jī)電最新技術(shù)在商業(yè)地產(chǎn)的應(yīng)用情況，并研究在k11項(xiàng)目的可行性;
?協(xié)助nwdpm完成圖紙會(huì)審及現(xiàn)場圖紙專業(yè)交底工作。
4、參與k11與項(xiàng)目當(dāng)?shù)毓镜捻?xiàng)目管理會(huì)議;
?定期參與k11項(xiàng)目本地nwdpm的項(xiàng)目管理會(huì)議，了解現(xiàn)場施工質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度及變更執(zhí)行情況。
5、主導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目機(jī)電專業(yè)日常管理工作;
?監(jiān)督并檢查各專業(yè)工程師所負(fù)責(zé)專業(yè)圖紙資料的歸檔與留存;
?安排各專業(yè)工程師定期對(duì)工地現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行巡視，并審核相關(guān)的報(bào)告文件;
?組織各專業(yè)工程師定期召開內(nèi)部交流溝通會(huì)，歸納、匯總、解決相關(guān)問題和事務(wù);
?參與項(xiàng)目機(jī)電專業(yè)交付工作。
6、主導(dǎo)、跟進(jìn)項(xiàng)目機(jī)電專業(yè)有關(guān)工程洽商、設(shè)計(jì)變更等的審查及落實(shí);
?追蹤由k11所發(fā)變更的執(zhí)行情況;
?審核變更所涉及的圖紙資料能否完全反應(yīng)k11的營運(yùn)需求。
7、參與項(xiàng)目機(jī)電專業(yè)招投標(biāo)管理;
?參與nwdpm組織的項(xiàng)目機(jī)電專業(yè)擬投標(biāo)單位的資格預(yù)審調(diào)研工作
?參與nwdpm組織的項(xiàng)目機(jī)電專業(yè)評(píng)標(biāo)工作
8、審核項(xiàng)目機(jī)電專業(yè)各子系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)場實(shí)施情況并督促、跟進(jìn)各項(xiàng)整改工作;
?定期審核項(xiàng)目機(jī)電專業(yè)各系統(tǒng)管線施工排布的合理性及管底標(biāo)高是否能滿足k11 brandbook的要求
?定期審核項(xiàng)目各管理用房及機(jī)電設(shè)備用房管線、設(shè)備排布情況
?定期審核k11所發(fā)變更實(shí)施后的具體情況
9、參與本專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的更新;
?定期將k11最新機(jī)電技術(shù)要求及營運(yùn)需求內(nèi)容更新到brandbook
任職要求:
1、8年或以上工作經(jīng)歷，其中至少三年以上大型房地產(chǎn)公司工作經(jīng)歷，另有甲級(jí)建筑設(shè)計(jì)院從事設(shè)計(jì)工作經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先，曾承擔(dān)大型地產(chǎn)、公建項(xiàng)目的機(jī)電設(shè)計(jì)、施工管理工作;有商業(yè)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
2、精通本專業(yè)相關(guān)規(guī)范，了解本專業(yè)和相關(guān)專業(yè)的新技術(shù)、新產(chǎn)品;
3、熟悉房地產(chǎn)工作流程，熟悉業(yè)界的發(fā)展變化情況。

助理項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理 your responsibilities:
? leading moderate to large comple_ projects within the shared services centre in delivering project management through project/ resource/ communication planning; scope/ issue /risk /change and stakeholder management
? understanding and managing process impacts on the customer proposition, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and the customer e_perience
? building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
? coaching and developing junior team members, including setting priorities and providing ongoing feedback
skillset required:
? minimum of 5 years’ recent e_perience providing hands-on project management, preferably in a shared services environment in the area of information technology for local and southeast asia countries (hk, india etc.)
? cross functional project/ operation e_perience is preferred as he/she is required to handle cross functional projects from time to time
? e_pert communicator and negotiator with good written, verbal (in both english and cantonese), presentation, and interpersonal skills
? hands-on leader, visionary, and problem solver with a passion for e_cellence
? ability to work well with e_cel, tableau for data analytic work and visio
? pmp certification and si_ sigma green to black belt are strongly desired
? bachelor’s degree holder
